Job summary
Prodrive Technologies in the Netherlands seeks an experienced Quality Engineer for complex integrated mechatronic systems used in semiconductor-related applications. You will contribute across development, NPI, industrialization and series production, ensuring quality is built into the factory setup and processes from the start.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering/quality experience in complex high-tech products or manufacturing.
- Experience with multidisciplinary systems including precision mechanics, optics, motion, electronics, and software.
- Experience with development/NPI, industrialization and manufacturing quality.
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving ability across subsystem interfaces.
- Ability to challenge and influence multidisciplinary teams constructively.
Responsibilities
- Represent Quality across NPI, industrialization, factory setup, series production and lifecycle management.
- Develop scalable manufacturing environments for higher-volume production of integrated mechatronic systems.
- Translate requirements into quality risks, verification and manufacturing controls.
- Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Drive customer quality discussions, complaints and escalations.
- Support supplier-quality activities for critical components and processes.
