Job summary

Geodis in Venlo is seeking a Quality Control Employee to ensure error-free handling in the final stage of our logistics process. You will pack products safely for transport and perform quality checks to maintain high standards, working with a diverse team and contributing to process improvements.

The role emphasizes accuracy, independence, and a flexible daytime shift schedule (06:30–18:00). Fluency in English or Dutch is preferred, and owning transport may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, preferably in a Quality Control role.
• Able to work accurately and independently.
• Flexible availability for day shifts (06:30–18:00).
• Good command of English and/or Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Carefully inspect orders and ensure error-free handling in the final stage of the process.
• Efficiently and safely pack products in preparation for transport.
• Perform quality checks to guarantee the high quality of our products.
• Work together in a diverse team and share knowledge to develop.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in processes to increase efficiency and quality.
