Job summary

NTS Hengelo is seeking a Team Leader Quality Control to lead two specialised teams: the measurement room and the final inspection in the cleanroom. You will manage about 15 measurement technicians and inspectors, ensure timely, quality-controlled output, and drive improvements in inspection processes.

You will also develop your team, conduct performance reviews, and cooperate with production, logistics, and Quality Engineers to strengthen internal supply chains.

Qualifications

• HBO level degree in measurement technology or mechanical engineering.
• Demonstrable experience as a manager in an industrial/technical environment.
• Knowledge of measurement technology and CMM systems.
• Strong planning, organizing and monitoring abilities.
• Quality-driven, decisive with logistical awareness.
• Strong communication and teamwork on the shop floor.
• Proficient in English for work instructions and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate ~15 quality employees in measurement room and cleanroom final inspection.
• Monitor and optimize measurement programs, inline inspections and final inspections.
• Develop and implement procedures for efficient, controlled inspection processes.
• Prepare investment proposals for measurement and inspection areas aligned with management.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage short-term personnel planning.
• Manage competencies and capacity of your team.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineers to implement control measures for quality issues.
