Job summary

Everience Benelux is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure production processes, products and supplier deliveries meet high quality and technical standards. You will identify non-conformities, coordinate with Engineering, Production, AIT and suppliers, and drive continuous improvement in product quality.

The role requires hands-on ownership of quality issues, strong communication with diverse stakeholders, and on-site availability for a minimum of three days per week.

Qualifications

• MBO+/HBO or Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance or a technical production environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, hands-on and independent approach.
• Ability to critically assess processes, documentation and technical issues.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
• Experience in automotive industry is highly relevant and considered a strong advantage.
• Ability to understand technical documentation and drawings.
• Experience in aerospace or space industry is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site at least three days per week.
• Living within commuting distance of Leiden/Oegstgeest area.

• Monitor supplier quality and support continuous improvement.
• Prepare quality reports and maintain quality documentation in relevant systems.
• Support Product Assurance activities and contribute to successful project delivery.
• Intervene when production processes do not meet the required quality standards.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join a high-tech production environment. In this role, you will ensure that production processes, products and supplier deliveries meet the required quality and technical standards. You will identify and manage non-conformities, coordinate solutions with Engineering, Production, AIT and suppliers, and contribute to continuous improvement of product quality.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes initiative, communicates easily with different stakeholders and is comfortable taking ownership of quality issues.
