Janssen Biologics B.V, part of Johnson & Johnson, is recruiting a Manager AVA/Mycoplasma Quality Control in Leiden. You will lead a ~25-person QC team, ensure release testing, and drive data integrity and regulatory compliance within a GMP framework.

You will report to the QC Director Biotherapeutics, shape testing methods, and collaborate with AD, Manufacturing, and QA to enable successful launches of biotherapeutic products.

Qualifications

• Master/PhD in virology, microbiology, life sciences or biotech.
• 5–10 years in viral/microbiological method development and validation.
• Experience leading a >20 person specialized group and managing QA in pharma.

Responsabilités

• Lead AVA/Mycoplasma QC testing and ensure on-time release and stability results.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality systems and cGMP.
• Set department goals and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
• Manage data integrity, trend data, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead audits and act as a change agent for continuous improvement.
