Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Experienced Specialist, QA to join the Advanced Therapies (AT) Quality Assurance team in Leiden/Sassenheim, the Netherlands. You will provide independent QA oversight for commercial and clinical manufacturing activities, ensuring GMP compliance and regulatory readiness across facilities and laboratories.

The role involves risk management, investigations, CAPA review, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support compliant operations and reliable product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant scientific field.
• Experience in GMP-regulated environments is required.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide QA oversight for Advanced Therapies manufacturing operations.
• Support GMP activities including change controls, validations, and technology transfers.
• Ensure inspection readiness and regulatory compliance across the site.
• Review investigations and CAPAs and assess impact on product quality.
