Job summary

TFC Holland Bv is seeking a Quality Control Coordinator for Fresh Produce (m/f/d) with part-time or full-time engagement (32-40 hours per week). You will coordinate daily quality controls and ensure products meet top quality and food safety standards in a dynamic, international environment.

You will collaborate with Operations, QC and QA, supervise the QC team, prepare reports, address deviations, and assist with audits and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality management in fresh fruit/vegetable sector.
• Knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP) and quality control processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily quality control processes for incoming/outgoing products.
• Supervise and support Quality Controllers and Inspectors.
• Prepare and review inspection reports and handle quality deviations.
• Monitor product quality during goods receipt, storage, ripening and dispatch.
• Support QA in audits, certifications and improvement projects.
• Serve as first point of contact for operational quality matters.

Quality Control Coordinator for Fresh Produce (m/f/d)

Part-time & Full-time | 32-40 hours per week

You have experience in quality management in the fresh fruit and vegetable sector and know how to optimally combine quality control with daily coordination? Then we would like to meet you.

At TFC Holland, you work with high-quality tropical fruits and vegetables from around the world. As QC Coordinator (m/f/d), you coordinate daily quality controls and ensure that our products meet the highest quality and food safety standards.

Your Responsibilities

As QC Coordinator, you are the interface between Operations, QC and QA. You coordinate daily quality control processes and support the QC team in conducting inspections and other quality-related tasks.

• Coordination of daily quality controls of incoming and outgoing products
• Supervision and support of Quality Controllers and Inspectors
• Preparation and review of inspection reports
• Identification, documentation and follow-up of quality deviations
• Monitoring of product quality during goods receipt, storage, ripening and dispatch
• Support in handling complaints and corrective actions
• Ensuring correct quality documentation and reporting
• First point of contact for operational quality matters
• Close collaboration with Purchasing, Sales, Production, Ripening and Logistics
• Support of the QA Manager in audits, certifications and improvement projects

Your Profile

• Proven professional experience in the fresh fruit and vegetable sector
• Knowledge of tropical fruits and vegetables
• A completed vocational training, degree or comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the quality sector of the fruit and vegetable industry or food production
• Experience in coordinating or supervising team members is an advantage
• Knowledge of food safety and quality systems such as HACCP
• Good Dutch and English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A proactive, meticulous and practice-oriented working approach
• Ability to set priorities and maintain overview even in a dynamic environment
• Inspection certificates or modules P9, P10, P11, P13, P14 and/or P16 are a significant advantage
