Quality Assurance Manager (Contract – 1.0 FTE, 12 months)

We’re partnering with a respected Biotech organisation in the Netherlands seeking a consultant to become their QA manager.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain and continually improve the GMP‑compliant Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure audit readiness and lead internal, supplier, and regulatory inspection activities.
• Conduct internal audits and monitor the timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee External Partners & Suppliers (supplier qualification, audits, and performance monitoring).
• Communicate quality risks and solutions to senior management.

• Help to train new and existing staff on any updated SOPs.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Proven experience in QA leadership.
• Experience managing CAPA, QMS, audits, and regulatory compliance.
