Job summary

Tiledmedia is seeking a Quality Assurance & DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team in Rotterdam. You’ll design and automate tests for our Player SDKs and cloud platform, while improving our automated testing infrastructure and deployment pipelines across browsers, mobile devices and XR headsets.

You will collaborate with a multinational team to identify issues early, raise software quality, and deliver reliable releases with confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience with software testing and/or test automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure or DevOps practices.
• Experience with scripting or programming (Go, TypeScript, Python or similar is a plus).
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.

As a Quality Assurance & DevOps Engineer, you’ll help ensure our Player SDK and cloud platform deliver the quality and reliability our customers expect. You’ll work alongside an international team of engineers solving some of the toughest challenges in video streaming, while building the tooling and infrastructure that enables everyone to ship with confidence.

What you’ll do

As part of our engineering team, you’ll help raise the bar for quality across our products. Your work will have a direct impact on the stability and performance of our software on browsers, Smart TVs, mobile devices and XR headsets.

You’ll:

• Design, develop and automate tests for our Player SDKs and cloud platform
• Improve and expand our automated testing infrastructure
• Build tools that make testing faster, more reliable and easier to maintain
• Work closely with developers to identify issues early and improve software quality
• Support our DevOps efforts by improving deployment pipelines and cloud infrastructure
• Help ensure every release reaches our customers with confidence

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who enjoys improving software quality and loves solving technical challenges.

Ideally you have:

• Experience with software testing and/or test automation
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure or DevOps practices
• Experience with scripting or programming (Go, TypeScript, Python or similar is a plus)
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
• A passion for building reliable, high-quality software

A couple of years of professional experience is preferred, but if you’ve recently graduated and have built impressive personal or open-source projects, we’d still love to hear from you.
