Job summary

The Vegetarian Butcher Collective is hiring a Supply Planner QSR in a role based in the Netherlands. You will create and maintain supply plans for suppliers and Contract Manufacturers, manage QSR orders, and monitor inventory and forecasts to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders to drive improvements, support product launches, and ensure OTIF delivery while collaborating across Supply Chain, Innovation, Marketing, and Sales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in planning, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience with planning/ERP systems (Exact, Slim4).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain supply plans for suppliers and Contract Manufacturers.
• Manage QSR customer orders and ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor inventory, forecasts, and supply performance.
• Coordinate product launches, renovations, and transitions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within planning and customer operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Innovation, Marketing, Sales, and external partners.
