Job summary

The Vegetarian Butcher Collective is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to own and optimize production, supply, and replenishment planning across Breda, VMI locations, and the UK. You will coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, sales, and external partners to ensure excellent service levels and efficient operations.

With 3+ years in planning or supply chain, you will analyze data to drive improvements, using Exact and Slim4, while communicating fluently in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of planning, logistics, customer service or supply chain experience.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems: Exact and Slim4.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production, supply, and replenishment plans for Breda, VMI, and UK operations.
• Coordinate inbound, outbound and intercompany logistics flows.
• Align with retailers and partners (Albert Heijn, GXO, Culina UK) and drive OTIF performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and performance reporting.
