Job summary

SMART Photonics is looking for a System Specialist to own and continuously improve the Management System, ensuring alignment with company objectives, customer requirements, and applicable standards.

You will collaborate with Business Process Owners across Quality, Information Security, and other departments, drive audits, training, risk assessments, and continuous improvement to keep the system effective as we ramp up production at Eindhoven.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience managing Quality Management Systems (ISO standards).
• Experience with internal and external audits.
• Extensive experience in a similar role within highly regulated industries such as semiconductor/auto/MedTech.

Responsibilities

• Manage changes and transitions within the Management System and ensure effective implementation.
• Coordinate internal & external audits and communicate key results to Leadership Team.
• Contribute to the Management Review process identifying risks, opportunities and improvements.
• Proactively drive improvements and enhance the system beyond documentation.
