Job summary

TOLSA is seeking a QHSE Manager to lead Quality, Health, Safety and Environment across the Vlaardingen site. The role involves driving continuous improvement, compliance, and a strong HSE culture within an industrial setting.

You will oversee quality controls, audits, and QHSE policies, coordinating risk assessments and training. Fluency in Dutch and English is required to effectively collaborate with operations and management.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of professional experience in QHSE within an industrial or production environment.
• Technical Engineering or Science degree.
• Solid experience in Quality and Environmental Management Systems, including implementation and internal audits.
• Experience in Health & Safety in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of internal auditing.
• Health & Safety training would be highly valued.
• Proactive, hands-on and pragmatic, with ability to work closely with operational teams and management.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
