McFly & Brown is looking for a medior Quality Engineer / QHSE Engineer to strengthen quality, safety and healthy working conditions in a technically advanced Eindhoven-area production environment. You will help implement practical improvements on the shop floor and work with Production, Engineering and Quality teams.

Background in industry safety, hands-on problem solving, and driving change are valued. A pragmatic communicator who can bridge disciplines will succeed in this role.

Formación

• Technical mbo-4 or HBO degree such as Technische Bedrijfskunde or Werktuigbouwkunde.
• Experience with Quality, QHSE, or process improvement in an industrial setting.
• Affinity with Health & Safety and risk management; practical improvements.
• Knowledge of safety rounds, RI&E, incident investigation and audits is a plus.
• Willingness to develop further in Quality and HSE.

Responsabilidades

• Improve and secure quality, safety and healthy working conditions in a technical production environment.
• Signal and analyze quality and safety risks in production processes.
• Conduct safety rounds and shop-floor inspections.
• Investigate incidents and non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to improved safety procedures and work instructions.
• Support risk assessments, evaluations and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality and management.
• Create awareness of safe working and drive improvements on the floor.
