Lonza Geleen is seeking a Project Lead QC to unite customers and internal teams, coordinate technology transfers and drive project milestones in a cell and gene therapy context. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage priorities and timelines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management across diverse teams.
• Clear, confident written and spoken English communication.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology QC and method transfers.
• Knowledge of CGT, cell culture and sterile manufacturing is advantageous.
• Familiarity with analytical assays such as flow cytometry, ELISA and PCR.

Responsabilités

• Be a key QC contact for customers, building trust and sharing updates on testing, transfers and milestones.
• Coordinate stakeholders across QC, Manufacturing and project management, driving decisions.
• Lead QC technology transfers and new method introductions for production campaigns and readiness.
• Maintain project plans, coordinate training, and manage priorities and timelines.
• Prepare, review and approve transfer plans, protocols and reports with technical support.
• Coordinate QC input into change controls, deviations and validations with stability studies.
• Represent QC in internal and customer meetings, communicate progress and risks while ensuring cGMP compliance.
