As a QC Operator / Quality Control Technician, you help assemble, inspect and maintain advanced technical products in a cleanroom. Your precise work protects quality, safety and reliability while you cooperate with production and engineering.
You work accurately and independently, while sharing findings clearly with colleagues. Your initiative, creativity and persistence help you achieve reliable results, even when priorities change. The role follows a two-shift schedule: 06:00–14:30 and 14:30–23:00, alternating weekly.
You do not need exact previous experience: motivation, technical potential and a careful approach matter. You bring integrity to every quality decision, adapt to changing tasks and explain deviations with respect and clarity. A willingness to learn is essential.
Knowledge of industrial gases, liquids, materials, quality measurements or measuring equipment is an advantage. You work constructively with others, take ownership, remain solution-focused and can convincingly support quality standards.
You receive a clear employment package that rewards your contribution and supports sustainable development. Your salary depends on your knowledge and skills, with additional compensation for shift work.
This company, located in Nijmegen, offers a pleasant and informal working atmosphere and is a growing organization with approximately 375 employees.
