Continu Professionals zoekt een Monteur die gasdistributiesystemen, panelen en leidingscomponenten assembleert in een schone, gecontroleerde productieomgeving. De rol biedt praktische technische arbeid, gestructureerde training en groei in vakmanschap, zelfs zonder ervaring.

Je werkt volgens tekeningen en werkinstructies, bewaakt kwaliteit en zorgt voor een ordelijke, veilige werkplek. Werktijden zijn roterend van 06:00–14:30 en 14:30–23:00 in Nijmegen, met ontwikkeling en een prettige

Qualifications

• Geen ervaring vereist; leergierigheid en zorgvuldige werkhouding.
• In staat tekeningen te lezen of gemotiveerd dit te leren.
• Nauwkeurig, verantwoordelijk en oplossingsgericht.
• Beschikbaar voor wekelijkse roterende diensten: 06:00–14:30 en 14:30–23:00.
• Nederlands of Engels op B1-niveau; woonachtig in NL en rechtmatig werkgelegen.

Responsibilities

• Systemen en componenten monteren volgens tekeningen en schema's.
• Gas- en leidingassemblies vervaardigen onder cleanroom-omstandigheden.
• Werk controleren en kwaliteit bewaken bij elke stap.
• Tooling en werkplek schoon, georganiseerd en veilig houden.
• Met collega’s samenwerken en praktische problemen oplossen.

Functieomschrijving

As a Monteur, you help build gas distribution systems, panels and piping components in a clean, controlled production environment. This role offers practical technical work, structured training and the chance to grow your craftsmanship, even without previous experience.

• Assemble systems and components using technical drawings, material lists and work instructions.
• Manufacture and pre-assemble gas and piping systems under cleanroom conditions.
• Check your work carefully and protect quality throughout every assembly step.
• Keep tools, materials and your workplace clean, organised and safe.
• Work with colleagues, take initiative, solve practical issues and contribute to reliable results.

Functie-eisen

You do not need previous experience to apply. You bring a careful working style, perseverance and the willingness to learn. You listen to instructions, communicate respectfully with colleagues and use sound judgement when accuracy, safety or quality is at stake.

• MBO level 3 or 4, preferably Mechanical Engineering or Precision Engineering.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, or a clear motivation to learn this.
• Accurate, responsible and solution-focused approach to practical work.
• Available for weekly rotating shifts: 06:00–14:30 and 14:30–23:00.
• Dutch or English at B1 level; already living and legally authorised to work in the Netherlands.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• €3,3300–€3,900 gross per month, including shift allowance.
• 17% allowance for working rotating shifts.
• 25 annual leave days plus 13 ADV daysADV days may be paid out.
