Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Netherlands is seeking a Senior Specialist, QC Microbiology to support in-process, final product, and stability testing on-site at the Leiden facility. The role includes environmental monitoring and data review with emphasis on cGMP compliance and method troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science; Netherlands: MLO level 4 required.
• 4+ years of relevant microbiological testing or QC experience in a regulated environment.
• Demonstrated experience with microbiological techniques.
• Ability to interpret GMP requirements and regulatory expectations.
• Strong technical writing skills and data integrity focus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform method transfer/verification/validation for in-process, final product, and stability samples.
• Conduct environmental and facilities monitoring and microbiological testing.
• Review GMP documentation and perform data verification and data review.
• Assist with CAPA, deviations/investigations, and continuous improvement.
• Train and mentor other team members on QC methods.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
