Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent in Biochemistry, Microbiology or related field is required.
• A minimum of 6 years in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically QC with a microbiology focus.
• Regulatory GMP knowledge including FDA/EU GMP.
• Strong ability to work independently and in teams; effective stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Part of the Microbiology testing team within the QC department.
• Act as scientific responsible person for microbiological testing aspects of Drug Substance/Product.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and troubleshoot microbiological methods.
• Prepare protocols and reports; plan resources and equipment for project activities.
