Job summary

Codekeeper is seeking a skilled QA & Verification Specialist to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and performance of our software systems. You'll analyze technical documentation, run builds across languages, and validate functionality against requirements, using both manual and automated testing.

In this role you will report bugs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and continuously improve verification practices in a remote-first environment with a central office in The Hague.

Qualifications

• 3+ years development / DevOps experience (beneficial).
• 2+ years of Linux, Windows and Mac environment fundamentals.
• Basic understanding of popular backend languages (Python, Java, NodeJS and PHP).
• Prior experience or understanding of Git
• Prior experience or understanding of AWS technologies beneficial
• Knowledge of API configuration beneficial
• Experience with various build tools like msbuild, webpack, maven, etc.

About the Role

The primary focus of this role is to ensure the integrity and reliability of our customers' software through verification processes. This role involves analyzing technical documentation, executing successful software builds in various programming languages, and validating software functionality against specified requirements. Additionally, you will be involved in conducting thorough testing of various scenarios, employing both manual and automated testing approaches. Your meticulous attention to detail will enable you to identify and report any bugs or glitches discovered during testing.

Software Verification

About You

• 3+ years development / DevOps experience (beneficial)

Prior experience or understanding of database- and server configuration (MongoDB, SQL, MySQL)

Prior experience or understanding of Git

Basic knowledge of AWS technologies beneficial

Basic knowledge of API configuration beneficial

Experience with various build tools, like (but not specifically) msbuild, webpack, maven, and others of the type beneficial
