CoolGames is hiring a QA Lead to make quality visible across producers, developers, management and platform partners. You will steer a skilled international QA team in a hybrid environment and shape testing in an AI-enabled world.

You will collaborate closely with our QA Lead Specialist, maintain hands-on involvement, and ensure rapid but thoughtful decisions under pressure. Amsterdam HQ and remote options support flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software testing with QA leadership or coordination.
• Experience planning QA across parallel projects and platforms (mobile, desktop, web) in Agile settings.
• Proficiency with Jira and TestRail or similar tools; strong reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Bridge QA with production, development and management; translate test results into risk and go/no-go advice.
• Be the voice of QA to internal stakeholders and external partners; uphold standards.
• Line manage the team; support growth, workload, and hiring.
