Job summary

Getinge Netherlands B.V. seeks a QA Engineer Logistics (Temporary – 1 year) to ensure quality and compliance across our logistics and distribution processes in the EMEA region. You will support the QMS, drive improvements, and collaborate with 3PLs to meet regulatory requirements.

You will work with Logistics, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to maintain documentation, resolve non-conformances, and analyze KPIs to optimize product flows within the distribution network in Europe.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in Quality, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
Experience in regulated industries preferred.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel & Word).

Responsibilities

Support quality-related activities within Logistics Operations across the EMEA Distribution Center.
Ensure effective management of non-conformances in inbound, process, premises/equipment, and outbound logistics.
Assist investigations, document root cause analyses and closure timelines.
Review and maintain quality records and environmental monitoring data.
Support the Quality Hold process and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and documentation.
Identify improvement opportunities and support CAPA and continuous improvement.
Analyze quality KPIs, identify trends, and drive corrective actions.
Collaborate with 3PLs to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
