Job summary

A2G Consulting is seeking a senior QA Automation Engineer to design, develop and maintain automated test solutions across complex business processes. You will define test strategies, build frameworks and drive end-to-end testing for Pega DCM integrations.

The role requires 8–10 years of experience, hands-on Pega DCM test automation, strong QA leadership in Agile/Scrum, Dutch at B2 level, and a 12‑month contract with competitive gross salary and visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of QA and test automation experience.
• Hands-on with Pega DCM test automation and end-to-end testing.
• Strong knowledge of test strategy, planning, execution and defects.
• Dutch language at B2 level and experience in Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test solutions.
• Define and implement test automation strategies and frameworks.
• Develop automated test cases for functional and regression testing.
• Validate integrations between Pega DCM and connected systems.
• Identify, document, track and support defect resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts and product owners.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and testing activities.
