Job summary

Gazelle Global is seeking an experienced Pega Tester to join a long-term programme in the Netherlands. You will be responsible for testing complex Pega Case Management solutions across workflows, integrations, and business rules with hands-on functional and automated testing in enterprise Pega environments.

You will work closely with developers, business analysts and delivery teams to ensure robust, scalable solutions aligned with business requirements and contribute to continuous testing

Qualifications

• 8-10 years IT/testing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Pega test automation.
• Experience testing Pega Case Management solutions.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Dutch language at C1 level is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute test cases for Pega workflows, cases, integrations and business rules.
• Perform end-to-end functional testing across Pega Case Management solutions.
• Build and maintain automated test scenarios within Pega environments.
• Test and validate Pega UI, Correspondence, Reports and Work Objects.
• Validate rules, flows, assignments, SLAs, decision rules and integrations.
• Carry out API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Analyse requirements and translate them into test conditions and scenarios.
• Identify, document and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Work closely with developers and stakeholders to resolve defects.
• Support regression, integration and acceptance testing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support sprint delivery.

The Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Pega Tester to join a long-term programme in the Netherlands.

You will be responsible for testing complex Pega Case Management solutions across workflows, integrations, business rules and user-facing functionality. The role requires a strong background in both functional and automated testing, with hands‑on experience working within enterprise Pega environments.

You will work closely with developers, business analysts and wider delivery teams to ensure solutions are robust, scalable and aligned with business requirements.

Required Experience

• 8-10 years of overall IT / testing experience.

• Strong hands‑on experience with Pega test automation and automation engineering.

• Proven experience testing Pega Case Management solutions.

• Strong understanding of:

  • Pega rules

  • Flows

  • Assignments

  • SLAs

  • Decision rules

  • Integrations

• Strong experience with end-to-end and functional testing.

• Experience testing Pega UI, reports, correspondence and work objects.

• Experience with API testing using Postman or equivalent tools.

• Strong ability to interpret business requirements and convert them into structured test scenarios.

• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

Certifications

• Pega CSSA

• ISTQB Foundation or Advanced

Language Requirement

Strong Dutch communication skills are essential for this role.

Minimum required level: C1 in both spoken and written Dutch.
