Job summary

Stafide is seeking a Pega DCM Test Automation specialist to design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for Pega DCM applications. You will perform end-to-end functional testing across Pega DCM solutions and integrated systems, and develop test automation frameworks to improve coverage and efficiency.

The role requires 8–10 years of software testing experience, hands-on automation with Pega DCM and UFT, and leadership across QA activities in complex environments.

Job description

As a Pega DCM Test Automation, you will: Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for Pega DCM applications. Perform end-to-end functional testing across Pega DCM solutions and integrated systems. Develop and execute test automation frameworks and scripts to improve test coverage and efficiency. Plan and coordinate overall QA activities across the testing lifecycle. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define appropriate test strategies. Identify, analyse, and track defects through to resolution. Support continuous improvement of testing processes, automation practices, and QA standards.
