Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or related field.
• Have experience programming in Python.
• Have knowledge of software engineering principles and automated testing practices.
• Are proactive, analytical, and comfortable working independently.
• Communicate clearly in English and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders.
• Have an interest in software testing, optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Enjoy exploring new ideas and developing practical solutions to technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Extend and improve existing source-to-test matching functionality using Python.
• Validate the accuracy of dynamically selected tests against actual code changes.
• Compare dynamic test selection results with manually maintained test sets.
• Analyze strengths and limitations of dynamic versus static test selection approaches.
• Gather developer feedback and translate insights into selection improvements.
• Integrate and evaluate the solution within continuous integration pipeline scenarios.
• Develop clear visualizations that explain test selections and source-test relationships.
