Job summary

Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht invites an internship candidate to support the Purchasing Team, balancing operations and administrative tasks. You will be the point of contact for employees and suppliers and work closely with the Purchasing Team Leader to ensure smooth daily operations in the purchasing department.

We value hands-on, proactive individuals who are detail-oriented, enjoy problem solving, and are eager to learn about stock control, accounts payable, and hospitality finance.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in hospitality or tourism study.
• Trustworthy and proactive with a hands-on approach.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Available for five months or longer; EU work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for employees and suppliers.
• Assist daily operations in the purchasing department.
• Collaborate with Purchasing Team Leader.
• Support finance administration, stock control, and accounts payable.
