Job summary

Ganzeboom zoekt een nauwkeurige en proactieve Purchaser/Buyer om een optimale stroom van onderdelen naar onze werkplaats en magazijn te waarborgen.

In deze rol bestel en controleer je onderdelen tijdig, volg je orderstatussen en onderhoud je contact met leveranciers. Je werkt nauw samen met warehouse, workshop en sales voor een soepele supply chain.

Qualifications

• Higher professional education (HBO) or Bachelor level, preferably in purchasing, logistics or engineering/technology.
• Experience in a purchasing or ordering role in a technical environment.
• Strong administrative skills and eye for detail.
• Effective communication, stress resistance and solution orientation.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ordering parts and components from permanent suppliers.
• Checking prices, delivery times and order confirmations.
• Maintaining and monitoring inventory levels.
• Handling supplier warranties.
• Administrative processing of purchase orders in the ERP system.

For decades, Ganzeboom has been a leading name in transmission technology. For our Purchasing Department, we are seeking an accurate and proactive Purchaser / Buyer who will ensure an optimal flow of parts to our workshop and warehouse.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and correct ordering of parts and materials. You will monitor stock levels, follow up on order statuses, and maintain contact with suppliers. Thanks to your dedication, parts will be available on time, allowing our technical teams to work efficiently.

Your Responsibilities

• Ordering parts and components from permanent suppliers.
• Checking prices, delivery times, and order confirmations.
• Maintaining and monitoring inventory levels.
• Handling supplier warranties.
• Administrative processing of purchase orders in the ERP system.
