Job summary

ABF Bearings in Eindhoven is seeking a Purchaser to own the sourcing process, ensuring the right products are available at the right cost. You will collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to strengthen the supply chain and negotiate favorable terms with key partners like Schaeffler.

This role offers on-site work three days per week in Eindhoven with up to two days of home office, allowing you to drive efficiency and scalable processes as the company prepares for the next growth

You'll also help us move toward more structured, scalable ways of working as we grow. We're looking for someone who can pick up responsibility quickly and hit the ground running. Someone who thrives on ownership rather than needing constant direction. Your background might be in purchasing, sales, or customer service, ideally within an industrial or technical sector; candidates with bearing industry experience are equally welcome.
