Deloitte Netherlands seeks a (Senior) Manager Finance Transformation for the Public Sector to lead multi-disciplinary engagements, drive automation of financial processes, and guide clients through digital transitions using ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.

The role emphasizes programme leadership, client development, and leveraging Deloitte methodologies to deliver impact across Ministries, municipalities and other public entities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (WO) in business, economics or finance is required.
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience in the public domain.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage (sub) projects within the Public Sector.
• Acquire projects and develop new and existing client networks; manage consultants.
• Oversee execution of projects delivering best end products; coordinate with the client throughout.
