Danone is seeking a Project Technologist for our Haps factory in the Netherlands. This fulltime, on-site role focuses on driving process changes from trials to commercial implementation and handing over to Operations.

You will lead validation activities for innovation, productivity, and investment projects in Powder Production, while improving standards and ways of working for continuous improvement and compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline relevant to manufacturing.
• 3–5 years of experience in technology, engineering, quality or project management in manufacturing.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear English communication; Dutch a plus.

Project Technologist

Haps – Fulltime

For our state-of-the-art factory at Haps we are looking for a Project Technologist.

The mission of the Technology team is to give technological support in the realization of innovation, renovation, productivity, secure, quality and investment projects by leading the project or participating in a multidisciplinary project team. Next to this the team drives or supports continuous improvement of process, project, departmental and factory work processes and acts as a linking pin between the factory and R&I.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Drive process changes from trial to commercial implementation, ensuring successful handover to Operations.


• Lead qualification and validation activities for innovation, productivity and investment projects in Powder Production.


• Improve production standards, validation practices and ways of working to support continuous improvement and compliance.


• Act as the key technology partner for Operations, Quality and Engineering, providing technical expertise to improve performance and resolve process challenges.

About You

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology or a related technical discipline.


• Approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience in Technology, Engineering, Quality or Project Management within a manufacturing environment.


• You are a pragmatic, structured, analytical professional with strong stakeholder management capabilities.


• Excellent communication skills in English. Dutch is considered a strong advantage.


• Most importantly, you enjoy working in a factory environment, take ownership of your projects and are energised by collaborating with diverse teams to continuously improve processes, products and ways of working.
