Danone's state-of-the-art factory in Haps is seeking Project Engineers to lead and execute improvement and transformation projects that impact factory performance. You'll collaborate across Maintenance, Production, Automation, Quality, Safety, Finance and the PLT, drive multidisciplinary projects from concept to launch, and ensure SQCDME KPIs are met.

Ideal candidates have engineering or food technology degrees, nutrition processing experience, and strong Dutch and English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor or Academic Education finalized in engineering or food technology.
• Experience in processing of nutrition with preference for food, feed or pharma.
• Oversee situations and processes and translating issues into effective & systematic approach.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a very fast paced, complex, and dynamic environment.
• Experience with working in projects or leading them and knowledge of tools like Black Belt Six Sigma, TPM, IWS, Sherpa.
• Excellent Dutch & English verbal and written communication skills.

OVER DE FUNCTIE

For our state-of-the-art factory at Haps we are looking for Project Engineers.

As project engineer youhave the opportunity tomake ahighimpact onthe factoryperformanceby leading and executing improvement and/or transformation projects.

Collaborating with your internal stakeholders, across the Danone organization includingMaintenance,Production,Automation, Quality,Safety,Financeand PLT (plant leadership team) members. As wellwithexternal relations such asexpert suppliers and engineering companies.

Next to this you are responsible for the realization of(multidisciplinary) technical projects (continuous improvements, line enhancements or line andbuilding extensions) by leading, supporting oradvisingthe project according to project and factory SQCDME KPIs.

Furthermore you have the following responsibilities;

• OTIF-QC (On Time in Full at the correct Quality and Cost) delivery of Safety, Quality, Performance Renovation, Innovation, Booster, Secure and Continuous Improvement projects according to factory SQCDME KPIs.
• Lead and actively participate (in) different types of engineering and business projects in all potential project stages (select-define-develop-implement-launch).
• Excellent Project management (team, stakeholders, quality, planning and budget).
• Track, report & escal technical project statuses to internal and external project governance meetings
• Process & Equipment Design from concept to detail, including all required documentation.
• Proactively make sure to be fully informed about internal and external developments regarding organization, engineering, standards, safety, environment and quality and translate them into improvements for the factory whenever possible.
