Job summary

Danone is offering a Global Digital Manufacturing Internship in Hoofddorp for November/December 2026, lasting at least six months with a hybrid work setup. You will support digital transformation, analyze data to create insights, and help implement AI-driven solutions within a global manufacturing network.

You’ll collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to smart manufacturing technologies while developing practical skills in analytics and digital innovation.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master’s program for the entire duration of the internship.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Available to start in November/December for a minimum of 6 months (4-5 days per week).
• Must reside in the Netherlands with a valid BSN number; non-EU citizens need Dutch residency
• Be able to work from Hoofddorp office at least 2 days per week.

In this internship, you will be part of the Digital Manufacturing team. Our purpose is to support Danone’s journey towards connected, intelligent, and sustainable manufacturing through digital transformation. During this internship, you will collaborate with teams across our global manufacturing network and support initiatives related to data analytics, digital innovation, AI‑powered solutions, and smart manufacturing technologies.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Support digital transformation and smart manufacturing projects across Danone’s global factories.
• Analyse data and develop insights, reports, and visualisations to support business and manufacturing decisions.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of AI‑powered and digital solutions that address real manufacturing challenges.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams to explore new technologies and identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes.

Key requirements:

• Enrolled as a Master's student in Engineering, Computer/Data Science, Business Analytics, Digital Transformation, or any related for the entire duration of the internship.
• Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non‑EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
• For non‑EU citizens, your university must sign a three‑party agreement with Danone.
• Available to start in November/December for a minimum of 6 months (with the possibility to extend), 4-5 days per week.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Able to work from our Hoofddorp office at least 2 days per week.
