Rather than managing traditional vessel or customer projects, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative products and technologies, taking them from concept towards successful implementation. Working from the vision, budget and functional requirements defined by the Product Owner, you take responsibility for organising and driving the development process. Together with multidisciplinary teams, you ensure that products and technologies progress from concept and development through to successful implementation. Because these developments can be relevant to multiple Product Market Groups and Business Units, you will work across organisational boundaries.
