Royal IHC is seeking an Senior Technical Project Manager to own development and implementation of innovative products and technologies. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, translating requirements into structured plans while maintaining budgetary control and governance.

You will coordinate across Product Market Groups and Business Units to drive alignment, manage scope and deliver projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timely, on-budget results in a complex maritime

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least three years of relevant experience in product development, engineering projects or technology development.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, organisational and communication skills.
• Structured, pragmatic and results-oriented.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Senior Technical Project Manager: Royal IHC is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager within the Technology & Innovation department. In this role, you take ownership of the development and implementation of innovative products and technologies. Working from the vision, budget and functional requirements provided by the Product Owner, you are responsible for successfully delivering projects together with multidisciplinary teams.

The products and initiatives you manage often span multiple Product Market Groups and Business Units. This requires a strong project leader who can maintain oversight, connect stakeholders, drive alignment across the organisation and ensure successful project execution from concept through implementation.

You will act as the central coordinator and technical project leader, ensuring that innovation projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with business objectives.

Experience within maritime, offshore, defence, aerospace, automotive or other complex engineering environments is advantageous.
