Placements24 is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead initiatives optimizing the logistics and distribution network. The role combines strategic planning with on-site engagement at distribution centers and collaboration with IT, operations, and transportation teams.

You will redesign processes, implement new technologies, and ensure the smooth flow of goods to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. A hybrid work model is offered, with on-site and remote coordination as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• PMP or APICS certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management with a specialization in logistics and supply chain operations.
• Experience managing projects within a hybrid work structure.
• Strong understanding of warehousing operations, transportation management, and inventory control principles.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and logistics optimization tools.
