About The Role

You’ll continuously elevate product quality, manufacturability, cost performance and supply robustness. Together with your product team, you will ensure that every lifecycle phase—from introduction to maturity and ultimately phase‑out is managed in a structured, predictable, and data‑driven way. Your leadership will help secure long-term reliability and customer satisfaction while enabling our technologies to evolve with confidence and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated product team, taking full ownership of a product group for a key customer throughout the entire lifecycle
• Manage timelines, resources, risks, and budgets across multiple disciplines to ensure stable, predictable product performance
• Secure strong QLTC performance together with your product team, consistently meeting customer expectations
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional experts, including hardware, software, design, industrialization, and quality teams, to drive lifecycle improvements
• Continuously improve products, focusing on manufacturability, reliability, cost optimization, and long‑term supply robustness
