Responsabilidades

• Обеспечение успешной реализации проектов в рамках объема, сроков и бюджета; фиксация извлечённых уроков.
• Управление и уточнение временных графиков, бюджета, рисков и ресурсов.
• Координация между инженерной командой и внутренними/внешними стейкхолдерами.
• Обеспечение эффективной коммуникации и быстрого устранения технических проблем.
• Соблюдение отрасловых регламентов и стандартов.
• Управление результатами проекта, качеством и соблюдением EHS на протяжении жизненного цикла.
• Идентификация, оценка и минимизация рисков, использование возможностей.
• Достижение сроков и целей проекта в рамках бюджета и объема.
• Повышение ценности через взаимовыгодный подход и удовлетворение потребностей клиентов.
• Участие в инициативах по улучшению внутренних процессов и команд Digital Engineering Project Management.

• Ensure successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints, and capture lessons learned;
• Manage and refine project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources;
• Coordinate between the engineering team and internal and external stakeholders;

Требования

• Education in Electrical Engineering or automation engineering, as well as Project or Package Management disciplines;
• Experience with automation and control systems and data pipelines, preferably within the energy sector;
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders;
• Proactive and agile approach to process improvement and problem-solving;
• Positive attitude, good communication skills, and willingness to learn and grow;
• Eagerness to learn about new technologies and different business domains within renewable energy;
• Ability to perform in a complex and diverse organizational setup;
• Fluent spoken and written English;
• Nice to have: Experience with onshore and offshore technology, high-voltage electrical systems, construction projects, OT and IT technical project or program management, Wind, BESS or PV industry, and OT and IT design, specification, configuration and testing.
