Job summary

Enfint is seeking a seasoned Project/Program Manager to lead end-to-end enterprise software engagements from kickoff to go-live and handover.

You will implement PMO standards, manage risks, and ensure value delivery across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. Based in Europe, the role offers strategic autonomy to influence global operations with a collaborative culture and accessible leadership. Fluent English required; energy sector experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in formal PMO or enterprise software environment.
• Direct experience managing enterprise software projects or large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong ability to translate status and risks into clear narratives for leadership.
• Experience building automated reporting, dashboards, and tracking systems.
• Proficiency with PM tools like Fibery, Jira, Asana or similar.
• Fluent in English.

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for complex, high-value enterprise software engagements from kickoff through go-live and handover
• Apply and reinforce project management best practices and standards across projects
• Maintain project tracking and reporting covering status, risks, milestones, and value delivery
• Roll project information into team-level rituals and leadership dashboards
• Identify risks and blockers early and drive them to resolution across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
• Partner with the VP of CS and the wider CS team to refine PMO tooling, templates, and reporting infrastructure
• Support contract and scope reviews with Product and Engineering to ensure projects are resourced and configured for success
• Design and maintain Customer Success team onboarding and continuous learning systems
• Shape and operationalize the new PMO team
• Influence global operations strategy

• 5+ Years of project or program management experience, ideally as a Project Manager or Program Manager within a formal PMO, high-growth software, consulting, or enterprise technology environment
• Direct experience managing enterprise software projects or large-scale transformation programs
• Understanding of the factors that make complex projects succeed or fail
• Experience applying and improving project management standards and processes
• Ability to work with defined methodologies and unblock execution on the ground
• Strong communication skills for translating complex project status, risks, and trade-offs into clear narratives for senior leadership and customers
• Ability to build and maintain automated reporting, dashboards, and tracking systems
• Confidence working with project management tools such as Fibery, Jira, Asana, or similar
• Fluent in English
• Nice to have: Experience within infrastructure, specifically the energy sector
