Job summary

Eliosa seeks a Project Manager Engineering for High & Medium Voltage Substations in Rotterdam. You will lead engineering activities across tender and project execution, translating customer requirements into reliable technical solutions while managing scope, schedule, budget, quality and risks.

The role requires 5+ years in HV/MV substations, a degree in Electrical Engineering, and strong communication with Dutch and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Around 5+ years of HV/MV substation or power systems engineering.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities during tender and execution phases.
• Strong knowledge of substation design processes, standards and tools.
• Fluent Dutch and English are essential.
• BIM knowledge would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define technical scope and contribute to BoQs and risk reviews.
• Develop substation system architectures, sizing and technical calculations.
• Build engineering plans, estimates and resource schedules.

Rotterdam | Permanent position | Hybrid working

We are supporting a leading international player in the energy sector with the recruitment of a Project Manager Engineering for its Grid Integration activities.

In this hands-on position, you will lead and coordinate engineering activities across both tender and project execution phases for high-\u0027and medium-voltage substation projects.

You will be responsible for translating customer requirements into reliable technical solutions while managing the engineering scope, schedule, budget, quality and risks.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead engineering activities from tendering through project delivery
• Define technical scope and contribute to BoQs and risk reviews
• Develop substation system architectures, sizing and technical calculations
• Build engineering plans, estimates and resource schedules
• Coordinate with Sales, Tendering, Project Management, Installation and Commissioning teams
