Zusammenfassung

Bigblue is seeking a Dutch-speaking Project Manager to lead multiple commercial office fit-out projects across the Netherlands and Europe from pre-construction to handover. You will own the programme, quality and delivery while acting as the primary client contact and coordinating with dedicated commercial support.

This permanent role in Amsterdam offers significant client exposure, travel across EMEA (roughly 1–2 trips every two weeks) and a chance to grow with a global Design & Build division.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in Dutch
• Experience in commercial office fit-out or Design & Build projects
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple live projects concurrently
• Comfortable working independently across multiple projects and travel across EMEA

I’m working with a global Design & Build fit-out company that’s continuing to expand its fit-out division across Europe, and they need an experienced Dutch-speaking Project Manager to join their Amsterdam team.

You’ll take ownership of multiple commercial office fit-out projects across the Netherlands and the wider EMEA region, from the delivery side of pre-construction through to final handover. You’ll be the key client-facing contact throughout, with dedicated commercial support alongside you, so you can focus on delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing multiple commercial office fit-out projects at the same time
• Taking projects from pre-construction through to final handover
• Acting as a key client-facing contact throughout the project
• Owning programme, quality and overall project delivery
• Supporting the delivery side of pre-construction
• Managing subcontractors and the wider supply chain
• Working closely with dedicated commercial support
• Keeping strong commercial awareness across your projects
• Travelling across EMEA when required, typically 1 to 2 trips every two weeks

Requirements:

• Previous Design & Build / commercial office fit-out experience, comfortable managing multiple live projects
• Fluent in Dutch
• Strong and confident with clients
• Experience in pre-construction from a delivery perspective
• Commercially aware
• Comfortable working independently across multiple projects
• Happy travelling across EMEA as required
