Collins Foods Europe is seeking a Project Manager Construction to drive remodel, upgrade, and refurbishment projects across the Netherlands, ensuring restaurants remain modern, efficient and welcoming. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, contractors, consultants and suppliers from planning through completion.

You’ll bring 2–5 years of relevant experience and a degree in Construction Management or related field, with fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in construction, project management, facilities, engineering, retail, hospitality, real estate, or related field.
• Completed HBO or university degree, preferably in Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Architecture, Facility Management or similar.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Restaurant Remodels and Improvement Projects across the Netherlands, ensuring safety, timeliness, within budget and high quality.
• Coordinate projects from start to finish, managing plans, budgets, timelines and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, consultants, suppliers and local authorities to support delivery.
• Monitor progress on sites and identify and resolve challenges through practical solutions.
• Learn and grow within Collins Foods Europe by gaining exposure to construction, development, and project management.

As Project Manager Construction, you’ll help deliver construction projects across the Netherlands, with a strong focus on remodels, upgrades, and refurbishments that keep our restaurants modern, efficient, and welcoming. From time to time, you may also have the opportunity to support selected new store projects in The Netherlands or Germany, while your main focus remains the Dutch market. From planning through completion, you’ll work closely with colleagues, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly. What You’ll Do

• Deliver Restaurant Remodels and Improvement Projects: You’ll support projects that refresh, upgrade, and improve our restaurants across the Netherlands, helping to create great spaces for both guests and teams. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate Projects from Start to Finish: You manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and stakeholders throughout the construction process. You’ll help keep projects on track while ensuring everyone involved is aligned and informed.
• Work with Contractors and Partners: You’ll collaborate with contractors, architects, consultants, suppliers, and local authorities to support successful project delivery. Building strong relationships and maintaining clear communication will be a key part of your role.
• Monitor Progress and Solve Problems: No two days are the same. You’ll regularly visit project sites, monitor progress, identify potential challenges, and help find practical solutions.
• Learn and Grow: You’ll work alongside experienced construction and development professionals, giving you the opportunity to develop your project management skills and build a long-term career within Collins Foods Europe.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn, enjoys coordinating projects, and loves seeing plans become reality.

You Bring

• 2-5 years of experience in construction, project management, facilities, engineering, retail, hospitality, real estate, or a related field
• A completed HBO or university degree, preferably in Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Architecture, Facility Management, or a similar discipline
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• A practical and proactive mindset
• Confidence working with different stakeholders
• The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel regularly within the Netherlands
• Fluent Dutch and English
