Job summary

Packsize International in the Netherlands is seeking a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary technical projects within Engineering, combining Life Cycle Management of the current machine portfolio with development work for new functionalities and products.

You will coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Production, Service, Quality, and external suppliers, ensuring projects are delivered on time while maintaining high quality and performance standards.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a technical or industrial environment.
• Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to switch between technical detail and a helicopter view.
• Strong communication skills to align stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring scope, timing, priorities, and project objectives are achieved.
• Lead Life Cycle Management projects for the existing machine portfolio, including engineering changes and product improvements.
• Manage development projects for new machine functionalities and products.
• Create project structure and planning, monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Procurement, Production, Service, Quality, and external suppliers.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment among stakeholders and drive decisions when required.
• Work with Operations and Service to implement outcomes and maintain machine performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve project processes and cross-functional collaboration.

**Job Description****About the role**The Project Manager is responsible for managing and delivering multidisciplinary technical projects within Engineering. The role combines Life Cycle Management of the existing machine portfolio with development projects for new functionalities and products.
