Job summary

Scaler Company in Amsterdam seeks a proactive flow owner to keep multiple client projects on track and well-structured. You will ensure promised work is captured, planned, and progressed, preventing chaos while guiding priorities and timelines.

You play a central role between founders and clients, maintaining calm when momentum shifts and delivering clear decisions. You work closely with the founders, own the project flow, and translate complex needs into actionable steps, ensuring nothing falls

Your role is to keep the overview.

You make sure plans stay realistic, priorities are clear, and work actually gets finished. Not by adding layers. But by bringing structure.

What this role is about

You sit right in the middle of the team.

When Chris and Tim move from customer one to customer two, you make sure nothing gets lost in between.

You track what was promised. What is planned. What needs to happen next.

Sometimes you slow things down. Sometimes you push things forward. Either way, you bring clarity.

You are not a coordinator on the side. You own the flow.
