Job summary

Bleckmann is looking for a Project Manager to lead and support a range of projects that drive business improvements in logistics. You will translate customer needs into practical solutions, manage onboarding for new customers, and optimize export flows for diverse logistics clients.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, strong analytical and time‑management skills, and excellent communication in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree level (preferably in logistics and transportation).
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Commercial insight and excellent time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication in Dutch and English.
• Experience with project management is a plus.
• Knowledge of WMi and/or JDA is a plus.
• Result-oriented approach with ability to maintain an overview.

Tasks and responsibilities:

As a Project Manager at Bleckmann, you play a crucial role in leading and supporting various projects that realize business improvements. You have a natural ability to complete projects successfully and take ownership and responsibility. In this role, you analyze project results and develop reporting tools for new projects. You work closely with local management and translate customer needs into business solutions. Some examples of projects include onboarding new customers and optimizing export flows for various logistics customers.

Your role within Bleckmann:

• Establishing, defining, developing, implementing, and following up on various projects focused on business improvements.
• Focusing on project design and defining and implementing appropriate business solutions.
• Creating and updating standard policies, procedures, and documentation related to projects.
• Inventorying and analyzing relevant information and processing it into reports and management information according to KPIs.
• Actively contributing to our continuous improvement methodology.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining an overview and setting priorities.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree level, preferably in logistics and transportation.
• An enthusiastic personality who can manage multiple projects simultaneously. A true Bleckmann mindset: perseverance, proactivity, and flexibility are second nature to you.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Commercial insight and excellent time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Experience with project management is a plus.
