Bleckmann, a leading player in fashion and lifestyle supply chain, is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics professional to support department effectiveness, drive productivity, and lead warehouse teams. The role emphasizes improving processes, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining high service standards in a dynamic, international environment. Candidates should be fluent in Dutch/English and ready for varied shifts in a busy distribution setting.

Formación

• MBO-level working and thinking (intermediate vocational education).
• Good knowledge of logistics operations.
• Experience and skills in managing warehouse employees.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse management systems (preferably PKMS).
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the optimal functioning of the department.

• Propose changes in work methods to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Contributing to the optimal functioning of the department;
• Improving productivity and efficiency;
• Making proposals for changes in work execution, methods, and procedures with the aim of enhancing service delivery and increasing both internal and external customer satisfaction;
• Minimizing the number of errors;
• Reducing lead times;
• Ensuring effective communication and collaboration within and outside the department;
• Assisting in the implementation of HR policies;
• Realizing the departmental planning;
• Reporting to the Supervisor;
• Taking over various tasks in the absence or during the leave of the Supervisor;
• Proactively contributing to the continuous improvement methodology.

Profile:

• MBO-level working and thinking (intermediate vocational education);
• Good knowledge of logistics operations;
• Experience and skills in managing warehouse employees;
• Solid knowledge of warehouse management systems (preferably PKMS);
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude;
• Experience working with logistics processes;
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written;
• Experience with implementing ISO 9001 quality procedures;
• Flexible, stress-resistant, and willing to work overtime during (and if necessary, outside) peak seasons;
• Willing to work in various shifts;
• Improvement-oriented, team player, customer-focused with a strong sense of business ethics.
