Job summary

Bleckmann seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex IT initiatives, coordinating across infrastructure, systems integration and platforms. You’ll drive interdependencies, ensure robust planning and delivery, and align outcomes with strategic business objectives.

In this role you’ll engage senior stakeholders, balance technical and business considerations, and promote standardisation while coaching teams to improve delivery reliability and performance across Bleckmann’s global

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or related field.
• 7–10 years of IT project management experience.
• Strong understanding of complex IT environments (infrastructure, systems integration, platforms).
• Proven experience delivering large-scale or business-critical projects.
• Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong experience with project governance and delivery frameworks.
• Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity across stakeholders and environments.
• Problem Solving: Resolves complex project challenges by combining technical insight with business considerations.

Essential Skills/ Qualifications
