MCO Health BV in Almere, part of the Nestlé group, is creating a highly automated nutraceutical manufacturing facility. As Project Logistics Manager, you will design, implement, and optimize end-to-end logistics, ensuring seamless material flow from inbound to production and outbound distribution.
You will lead the deployment of AGVs, ASRS, automated dosing, and IBC management, build a high-performing team, align with QA and IT, and drive GMP/GDP and food-safety compliance to support growth.

As a Project Logistics Manager, you will play a critical role in the development and successful start-up of our highly automated nutraceutical manufacturing facility in Almere. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the end-to-end logistics operation, ensuring uninterrupted material flow from inbound receiving through production supply, warehousing, and outbound distribution.
You will lead the implementation of advanced logistics and warehouse automation technologies, including Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (ASRS), automated dosing solutions, and Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC) management processes. In addition, you will build and develop a highly efficient logistics organization that supports operational excellence, compliance, and sustainable business growth.
Working closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Quality, IT, Procurement, and external technology partners, you will ensure that logistics processes are fully integrated into the new manufacturing environment and ready to support future growth.
