The Role

Join an international engineering team delivering floating infrastructure projects in complex marine and river environments. As a Project Engineer, you adapt standardized system designs into site‑specific solutions, taking ownership from concept through installation.

You’ll operate at the intersection of marine engineering, field execution, and global project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engineer site‑specific deployments (floating structures, moorings, anchoring systems, civil interfaces)
  • Translate standard designs into robust, location‑adapted solutions
  • Act as technical lead across engineering, project management, and field teams
  • Support installation planning and execution with contractors and local partners
  • Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks
  • Ensure compliance with marine regulations, safety, and quality standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization
Your Profile
  • Degree in Marine, Offshore, Naval Architecture, or Civil Engineering
  • 3–6 years’ experience in offshore, marine, or subsea project engineering
  • Experience with mooring systems, floating assets, or marine operations
  • Comfortable working in remote, dynamic, and international environments
  • Strong communicator with a hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
