Zusammenfassung

MAX STREICHER S.p.A. is seeking a Project Control Technician - Cost Control to join the project team in Rotterdam for an ongoing mechanical construction biorefinery project.

The role focuses on monitoring physical and financial progress, budgeting, forecasts and EAC assessments, with exposure to Primavera P6 and MS Project. Fluency in English and strong analytical skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• Technical or economic educational background.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Cost Control within industrial projects, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving attitude and results-oriented mindset.
• Accuracy, organizational autonomy and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Knowledge of project planning and control tools such as Primavera P6 and/or MS Project will be considered an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Monitor the project's physical and financial progress;
• Prepare, update and control project budgets, forecasts and cash flow;
• Analyze actual costs and prepare Estimate at Completion (EAC) assessments;
• Perform variance analyses between budget, forecast and actual costs, identifying risks, opportunities and potential criticalities;
• Collect, consolidate and validate cost data provided by Procurement, Construction and Project Administration teams;
• Prepare project financial reports for the Project Manager, Management and Client;
• Support the Project Manager in monitoring project financial performance and defining corrective actions;
• Ensure the proper application of Project Control procedures and company reporting methodologies.

We are looking for a Project Control Technician - Cost Control to join our project team in Rotterdam.
